CLIENTS OF COMPASS
26
After a decade of submarine service in the U.S. Navy, Shane Burgman set out to pursue his passion for helping people realize their property dreams. Today, he works with happy clients all over Brevard County, and when he’s not closing deals, you’ll find him training for a triathlon or searching for America’s next great burrito. When Cody and Katie Slater were ready to move out of their townhome to find a bigger space in Melbourne, Shane had the perfect amount of discipline to drive them forward to their new home. Discipline Makes the Difference
Q: Why did you decide the time was right to find a new home? A: My family and I were in a condo and knew we needed more space. We wanted a backyard and more bedrooms, and even with the market being what it was, we knew it was a good time to sell our condo and get a house.
Q: How did you end up working with Shane Burgman?
A: I was dealing with a selling agent for my condo and felt like I had to keep pushing her to take care of the next step. In my search for a new agent, some friends at Cape Canaveral referred me to Shane, who’s a fellow Navy guy. From day one, I knew I wouldn’t have to push Shane for anything.
“Shane always made us feel like things are under control.”
