Q: How did you decide your new home was “the one”? A: Between Shane’s knowledge of the area and our experience living here, we knew which neighborhoods we liked. We found the home we ended up buying through an Open House. We stayed for over an hour visualizing what our new life would look like, and it felt like there was a simple answer to every question we had. It was the perfect home at the perfect time, and the fact that the selling agent already knew and respected Shane made the whole process that much smoother.

Q: Did you experience any setbacks in your home search? A: We searched for a home while waiting on repairs to our condo, so we actually bought the new house first and sold our condo three weeks later. There really were no complications, and for me that’s a product of Shane’s preparation and focus. A lot of things are out of your control when you’re buying property, but Shane always made us feel like he had things under control.
