Friendship is a Dealmaker
Sometimes you don’t need to look far for a great opportunity, just across the office. That’s what happened when Natalie Bryant and Suzanne Schinsing, of the Bryant Schinsing Team in North Florida, were helping two buyers from Thomasville, Georgia, find a new home. At the same time, the couple was selling their old house on contingency, a stressful situation that all agents know well. “We had a house under contract for maybe two days,” says Natalie. “Then I went to a Broker’s Open hosted by Laura Bishop and Kim Bright of the Bright Bishop Group, who work in the same office with us.” The house, she recalls, was everything their Georgia buyers wanted: 5,891 square feet of Mediterranean design set in the exclusive Marsh Landing neighborhood of Ponte Vedra Beach, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was listed for $3,089,000. Natalie and Suzanne immediately sent it to their clients, who fell in love with the home’s impeccable interiors and dreamy outdoor space. They canceled their other contract and made an offer on this home within days. “It was such an easy transaction working with Laura and Kim,” says Natalie. “There really were no hurdles. We were so pleased to be able to help guide these buyers home to their perfect place in the world.”
