Q: Why would a seller want to use Compass Concierge? A: I think 99 percent of houses need some kind of work to make them market-ready. Compass Concierge empowers the broker to offer a zero percent loan of up to 5% of list price for improvements and/or repairs. Q: How many Compass Concierge projects have you completed and what kinds of projects have you done? A: I’ve used Compass Concierge over 30 times – more than any other agent in Florida – to make $3 million worth of improvements. The most common improvements are painting inside and out, updating bathrooms, flooring, landscaping, and staging; but I have also used it for things like home inspections, electrical updates and plumbing needs.
