Additionally, we are hosting a party in December; bringing together our employees, suppliers and business advisors. We are hoping for a night to remember -- reflecting on the past, marking our achievements and looking forward to many more years of helping to build our local communities.”
“I am excited about the work we do, and the impact our work has on the communities where our projects are located,” Anne-Marie expresses about this heartfelt business. “My grandfather sponsored a few gentlemen to also come to Canada to build a new life here. Today, we still have that family spirit that I imagine my grandfather envisioned. Some of our employees have been with us for well over 20 years, with a few having celebrated over 40 years working for our company.” As Anne-Marie proceeds, “The longevity of our business reinforces our resilience, perseverance and values. We never gave up, even when situations were hard. Although the work we do is not glamorous and is unseen after the project is completed, the improvements to our underground infrastructure will remain critical in our communities long into the future. We have the experience and wisdom of our veteran employees, and fresh perspectives from our newer employees.
