WB Basics

History

Established in 1983 WB entered the manufacturing world starting in laminate tops, hardwood, and composite benchtops, and panels for the industrial.

LOTZ ARMOR EDGE™ Our nearly indestructible spray on coating creates a barrier that is resistant to moisture and bacteria, and stands up to everyday abuse.

The dense uniform core adds holding strength of up to 300 pounds per fastener while particle board only holds up to 80-120 lbs. Combine this with our Lotz Armor Edge™ and you have an inseparable top! MDF CORE VERSUS PARTICLE BOARD

Expanded Product Line As business evolved, WB began adding legs and frames to create desks and tables as well as creating cabinets. This expansion launched us to sales in the health and educational industries.

METAL TO METAL CONNECTION

Our fully doweled construction paired with a sub-top or sub-bottom create a highly durable cabinet. Choose exposed or hidden casters and you have a long-lasting mobile cabinet with style. MOBILE CABINET CONSTRUCTION

Continued Growth WB now offers a comprehensive array of products capable of outfitting anything from material handling solutions to entire schools. Our commitment to innovation, product durability, and unparalleled customer service has been instrumental in driving our continued growth.

Combine a bolt with our insert and you add 50% more holding power compared to a wood screw. Metal inserts do not loosen due to vibration or movement and are resistant to wear.

Commitment Our dedication lies in delivering the utmost customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience from initial design to final delivery!

When selecting materials, we want to ensure that our products can last a lifetime. We use a steel leg plate combined with our metal inserts/bolts for optimal strength. ROBUST LEG PLATES

This moisture resistant backer with its anti- gum coating pairs well with Lotz Armor Edge™ and creates ideal balance to the core. Paper backers consist of a solitary sheet of kraft paper, while phenolic backers are composed of multiple layers of kraft paper fused together with resin. PHENOLIC BACKER
