When asked about challenges as a woman in the construction world, Esther’s answer is both humble and empowering.
“I haven’t faced much pushback,” she says.
“Most of the contractors and builders I work with have been amazing — incredibly knowledgeable. I saw it as a chance to learn from them, not compete with them. We challenge each other in the best ways.”
Her leadership style is built not on bravado, but on consistency, clarity, and humility.
“Challenge yourself,” she says. “Stay teachable. Constantly elevate your game. That’s what earns respect — not just your title.”
