Sichuan TEWAY Food Group (TEWAY) produces seasonings and condiments, such as chilli sauces and soup bases for hot pot, a classic East Asian method of cooking soup-like foods. Following its IPO in 2019, TEWAY experienced even quicker growth and revamped its five-year strategic strategy. However, the company's initial IT infrastructure was unable to keep up with the company's rapid growth. It was critical that business and finance be integrated.
