SLOVARM a.s. energy group has proven manufacturing processes and skilled teams that help it adapt its speciality fittings, piping systems, and plastic products components to customers’ needs. However, an aging ERP system meant the company lacked the flexibility to respond proactively to changing markets. Materials requirement planning was cumbersome, and spreadsheet-based production planning led to high work-in-progress and inventory levels. SLOVARM also wanted to harmonize management reporting and gain real-time information on financial and logistics processes across the group.
