Purchase Orders Purchase Orders will be accepted only from authorized Diversified Spaces dealers, and must be submitted in writing or electronically. Acceptance of orders is the sole discretion of Diversified Spaces. Delivery is FOB Suring, WI 54174. Pricing & Payment Terms Prices are subject to change without notice and Diversified Spaces is not responsible for typographical errors. Quoted prices do not include federal, state, or local taxes. Sales Tax is required for deliveries to Wisconsin and Michigan and will be added to the invoice unless resale certificate applies. Standard payment terms are 1% 10/Net 30 days. Handling Fee In some cases, extra fees may apply to your order that are not indicated on the individual pricing pages. Contact your Diversified Spaces Project Manager or Estimating Team for applicable fees. Any special delivery services, including but not limited to lift gate and inside delivery, will incur upcharges. Cancellation and Change Policy Customer is responsible for all costs incurred by Diversified Spaces prior to receipt of any change or cancellation. Orders for custom products may not be canceled. Returns Returned Merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return. Contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Standard product returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, and must be freight prepaid. Freight Damage Note: A clear receipt for a shipment that contained damaged merchandise or a shortage relieves the carrier of further responsibility. Check all deliveries for damage, and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt. Merchandise Title passes from Diversified Spaces to the consignee upon delivery to the Carrier. It is the Customer’s responsibility to submit a freight claim, including the cost of the shipment, for any damaged merchandise. Customer failure to follow the below instructions may result in added costs to Customer for delivery and replacement for damaged goods. All Deliveries: Count and thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If it appears that damage could be possible, insist that the carton be opened and contents inspected by Driver. If damage has occurred, report damage to Diversified Spaces immediately. Recipient has the right to accept partial shipments and refuse the remaining damaged units. Refuse shipments of severely damaged items. If there is a shortage, note the shortage on the delivery receipt. . Motor Freight Deliveries: Inspect the shipment for damage immediately following delivery. Driver must note all damaged cartons or shortages on the Bill of Lading and/or delivery receipt prior to acknowledgment of shipment delivery. UPS or FedEx Deliveries: Inspect the shipment for damage immediately following delivery. Note all damage on the receipt and have Driver initial acknowledgment of damage before signing receipt. Do not remove any damaged merchandise from the original carton until an inspection has been made or waived by the shipping company. Product Suitability Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While Diversified Spaces attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation and use are in compliance with all applicable codes. OSHA Hazardous Substance & California Prop 65 Product Information Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for OSHA defined hazardous substances and a list of products known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm are available.
