Professional and Bespoke Viewing Trips • Viewing trips are tailored to each client and their individual needs and budget
• Extensive research ensures our clients view the best of the best specially selected properties • The viewing trip is relaxed and paced according to each client and their own preferences • We take our time to show you around the local beaches, marinas, shopping centres, towns and villages, golf courses and much more. On route we make plenty of stops for refreshments, to enjoy a relaxing lunch and to take in the beautiful weather and atmosphere • Viewing trips include flights, transfers and accommodation. In most cases viewing trips are for 2 people for 3 nights/4 days (but we are very flexible) • We understand that sometimes parents are not able to arrange childcare and therefore we can also facilitate trips for 2 adults and their children • Viewing trips are offered from £299 per person (for the children, we just ask you to cover the cost of their flights) • During your trip we include an introduction to our Legal partners, who are on hand to assist with comprehensive legal advice, NIE applications, opening bank accounts and Power of Attorney, if required • Our currency partners operate globally and will ensure you receive a first class service and the very best exchange rates Locations Currently, we are focusing on Costa Blanca and Murcia region . At this time, property prices in Costa Blanca and Murcia are still very attractive and it is still possible to purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in a great location for under ¤ 70,000. The price of new and resale property can be half the cost of other areas in Spain and we are still seeing prices that were relevant between 2002 and 2004. It is a great time to invest whilst prices are low, but rising gradually. We also provide property finding services across Spain including Costa Del Sol, Almeria and the Balearics. Collaborating with Estate Agency Partners We work with an extensive network of Estate Agency partners across Spain, the Balearics. If you have spotted a property on the internet that you like the look of, then we can include that property in your viewing trip by request. No opportunity is excluded! We include extensive research of Estate Agency listings and new properties for every client with budgets ranging from ¤ 60,000 up to ¤ 10m.
