RARITAN, NJ — Fast- casual sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s has leased 1,100 s/f at Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan, bringing this Somerset County shop- ping destination to full occu- pancy. North Plainfield-based Levin Management is leas- ing and managing agent for the 150,000 s/f center. Levin’s leasing representa- tive Vanessa Fernandez ne- gotiated the long-term lease. Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate served as the tenant’s broker in the transaction. “Jersey Mike’s is growing its presence throughout the United States but until now did not have restaurants in the Bridgewater area,” said Fer- nandez. “This operator is ex- tremely excited about opening in this location due in part to the shopping center’s visibility and strong demographics, in- cluding a daytime population HOLMDEL, NJ — Somer- set Development announced the largest lease to date at Bell Works, the company’s iconic mixed-use develop- ment in Holmdel, New Jersey. WorkWave, a leading provider of cloud-based software solu- tions, will occupy a 72,000 s/f space in the building, with an expansion option for an addi- tional 72,000 s/f.
