She earned a B.A. in psychology from Fisk University and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Argosy University, DC. With over 18 years of experience, Dr. Roz is an award-winning psychologist providing services to children, families, and couples across various sectors. As COO of the Goal Grinders Foundation, she secures grants and partnerships for STEM-focused leadership training for at-risk girls. Her media appearances include the Anderson Cooper Talk Show, OWN’s Unfaithful, Huffington Post, Fox5DC, NBC4, and WHUR 96.3.
