Each week features a simple activity tied to one of Calm’s key features. Register for Calm & complete at least one weekly activity to be entered into a raffle! This is a light, personal challenge—no performance tracking, just participation. As a reminder, Calm is available to all PulteGroup employees at no additional cost. How It Works

Try a short meditation or breathing exercise. We’re also hosting a series of 15 minute webinars that you can attend (see sessions on the right) using the following link! Week 4: Your Daily Calm Set a daily reminder in the app to pause, breathe, or meditate.
How to Get Started
To participate, sign up for the Calm app by using this link . It only takes a minute to create your account—and once you're in, you'll unlock access to sleep stories, meditations, breathing exercises, and more. Raffle Details To add a little fun, we’re raffling off a $50 gift card at the end of the challenge! All you have to do is participate is sign up for Calm and participate in at least one weekly check-in or and fill out this form to be entered.
