The 28 townhome sales in February were up by 115% vs January and 12% above February 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 29% as Coquitlam’s townhome market transitioned to sell- er’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in February was $656,200, 2% below January and 4% lower than in February 2018. The average sold price was $863,807, with an average PSF sales price of $472 (up 31% and 9%, respectively, vs January).
