The 37 detached sales in February were up by 2 compared to the previous month but were down by 21 vs February of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 10%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained a buyer’s market. The detached benchmark price in February was $1.49M—down 1.3% from last month and 12% below last year. The average sold price was $1.64M in February, down 9% vs last month and 11% below last year.
