The number of condo listings in North Vancouver rose to 318 in February, 8% higher month-over- month and 112% above February 2018. Condo sales jumped to 59, a 44% increase month- over-month but 33% decerase year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 19%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $561,500, was virtually unchanged vs last month and 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $668,449 was up 4% vs January, while at $819 the average PSF sales price increased by 8% month-over-month.
