The number of townhome listings in Richmond rose to 338 in February, 5% above the previous month and a 49% increase vs February 2018. The 28 townhome sales in February were 8% above January and a 55% drop vs last year. The townhome sales-to-listings ratio remained at 8%, as Richmond’s townhome market remained in buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price for townhomes in February was $796,400, 1.5% below January and 3% lower than in February 2018. The average sold price was $800,129 (up 1.3% from January) with an average PSF sales price of $524 (9% below January).
