The 85 townhome listings in Vancouver East in February were up 5% from January and were 15% higher year-over-year. The 18 townhome sales in February were 10 above last month but 8 lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes jumped to 21%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market favoured seller’s. The townhome benchmark price in February was $823,800, 3% below January and 5% lower year-over-year. February’s average sold price of $973,767 was 25% above last month, while the average PSF sales price was $707 (up 17% vs last month).
