The number of detached listings in West Vancouver (498) in February was up 3% vs January 2019 but 4% lower than in February 2018. The 25 detached sales in February were up by 7 month-over-month and 1 above February 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly rose in February, to 5%, as conditions continued to favour buyer’s in West Vancouver’s detached market. February’s benchmark price was $2.62M—virtual- ly unchanged from January and 17% lower than in February 2018. The average sold price of $2.41M was 20% lower vs last month and 25% below February 2018.
