The number of February detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were virtually unchanged from January (at 2,956), and was 16% above February 2018. Detached sales increased by 38% from January, to 387, and were down 33% vs February 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 13%, as the board area’s condo market transitioned to a balanced market. The benchmark price in February was $958,900, 0.5% above the previous month but 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in February was $1.01M, 5% above last month but 6% lower year-over-year.
