The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 1,081 in February, 3% above last month and 97% higher than last year. At 236, townhome sales were up 24% vs January and 30% below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 22%, as market conditions became favourable to seller’s for townhome product in the Fraser Valley board area. The benchmark price in February was $516,000, 1.2% lower than last month and 3% below last year. The average sold price was 4% higher between January and February, at $568,473, while the average PSF sales price decreased by 4% (to $358) month-over-month.
