The number of condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area was 1,363 in February, 2% above last month and up 145% vs last year. At 288, condo sales were 12% higher in February than in January but 24% below February 2018. Rising to 21%, the board area’s condo sales-to-list- ings ratio transitioned to seller’s market conditons. The condo benchmark price in February was $409,700, virtually unchanged vs January, and 3% below February 2018. The average sold price was $400,371 (7% higher than in January), while the average PSF sales price was $444 (unchanged from January).
