The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey increased to 20% in February, reflecting balanced market conditions. The benchmark price in February was $560,900, 1.7% below last month and 3% lower than in February 2018. The average sold price was $596,487 (5% higher than in January), while the average PSF sales price was $376 (down 1.6% from January).
