Relevant experience • Substantial experience, evidenced by a solid track record of success, of leading the delivery of a capital programme in complex, devolved and dynamic organisations, ideally within both the public and private sectors. • Experience of managing and resolving difficult situations dynamically, promoting confidence in the service and in the Council. • Experience of leading transformation, implementation of new ways of working and delivery of culture change in a large complex organisation. • Experience of transforming an operational

estate service to improve workforce productivity and customer service.
