Founded in 1993, Dukes is the leading family-run enforcement company specialising in recovering local taxation, commercial rent arrears, and unpaid commercial debt. Initially focused on recovering unpaid poll tax for local authorities, we have expanded over three decades into a medium-sized business, collecting undisputed debts for housing associations, blue-chip companies, commercial landlords, and individuals. As a privately-owned, family-run business, we stand out in the industry by prioritising service quality over profit margins. Our authentic family culture allows us to provide personalised, professional service. The strong relationships our family members build, combined with our unparalleled service levels, are highly valued by our clients.
