Agent Resource Center Release Guide Overview
Welcome to the new Agent Resource Center! We've refreshed the platform to make it faster, easier to navigate, and more efficient. While the look has changed, the tools you rely on every day are still here organized in a simpler, more intuitive way. This update includes:
• A one-time Single Sign-On (SSO) login • A modernized dashboard and navigation • Faster access to policy and client information • Integration with additional tools, including commissions What You Need To Know in 60 Seconds Before You Log In 膆 You will complete a one-time SSO registration
膆 Use the same email address currently on your ARC account 膆 Your policies, commissions and permissions are unchanged 膆 The site looks different, but nothing has been removed 膆 Everything should load significantly faster
First-Time Login Experience When you access the Legacy Agent Resource Center and select “Quote & Enroll”, you will be directed to enrollment 2.0 via B2C login. Once you arrive at the refreshed version, you will notice a few important improvements right away. Here’s exactly what will happen: 1. One-Time Sign-On Setup The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to complete a new sign-on process. • This is part of our move to a Single Sign-On (SSO) environment. • Once completed, you should not need to repeat this step again. • This same login will give you access to multiple tools, including commissions and other integrated applications.
1

Q : Will I need to log in again every time? A : No—after your initial login, access should be seamless across connected tools. Q : I can’t find something, where did it go? A : Most tools have been reorganized into fewer, clearer categories. Start with: • My Business • My Money • My Tools Q : Is anything missing from the old system? A : No—functionality has been improved and reorganized, not removed. Q : What if I use a delegate?
