FOR CM, RM CERTIFIED TRAINING CHAMPION APPLICATIONS OPEN OCT. 1 Are you a CM or RM interested in training new hires in your role? Our new Certified Training Champions Program pairs experienced Champions (1+ year in role at RPM) with new hires in their same role to provide personalized, hands-on training and support. Champions act as an extension of the Learning & Development team and are supported with training and resources to prep and prepare them to train their new hire. Interested in being a Certified Training Champion? CMs and RMs should apply by October 31 to be considered.
