FOR ALL OPS NEW MAINTENANCE ENHANCEMENTS
Happy Co. tile is live in Okta and is now available for Call Complete users and Due Diligence Walkers. If you already have a Happy Co. login, you can program it into Okta by logging in one time through the tile. New hires can access by clicking on the Happy CO tile and typing in their email. CMs can claim associates and assign them to their property once they're logged in.

All properties (Yardi + Onesite) will be updated to the 7-day Make Ready Default to align with the SOP. All Yardi properties will see new required fields (Description, Category, Subcategory, Brief Description, Tech Notes) on work orders they submit on behalf of residents. These fields will need to be completed on any open work orders to close them out.
