Direct Links Between January 6 and Trump Assassination Plot Investigator’s Corner

Dur- ing that period, agents from the Secret Service failed to contain the scene, allowing passersby, even a group of schoolchildren, to walk perilously close to the bomb.

The disposition of the bomb could have been recorded but was not. Why was this action taken, and who ordered it? Given the chain of command and the oversight of the scene, the order had to come down within the ranks of the USSS or perhaps at the highest levels of the DHS.

are learning of a report issued by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) in charge of over- sight of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which oversees the United States Secret Service (USSS), that has been withheld from Congress and the public since April. That report was just re- leased to Congress. The US Secret Service is cur- rently under the control of the Department of Homeland Secu- rity, arguably the most highly weaponized and corrupt in all of government, with Alejandro Mayorkas at the helm. Even with Harris on the cam- paign trail, she has never spo- ken of her “brush with death” or publicly indicted the “MAGA crowd” for this perilous act. Many accounts of those events have been left untouched by the corporate media, censored by social media, and extensively “memory-holed.” In short, it appears that the actions and inactions of the USSS on January 6, 2021, were deliberate, suggesting complic- ity and foreknowledge in the bomb placement, which was vis- ible to nearly anyone present yet was intended, perhaps, for an- other more nefarious reason and larger plot altogether. How the USSS handled the January 6, 2021, pipe bomb at the DNC and the manner of the USSS approach before, during, and after the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt against President Trump hold critically important parallels that could reveal a foreknowledge, if not outright com- plicity, by elements inside the DHS and USSS at both events. Mistakes and incompetence can carry the official narrative of both accounts only so far. Setting aside the curious (and yet undisclosed) reason that Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris visited the DNC when her presence was required at the Capitol, I’ll focus on the actions (or lack of action) by the USSS and others. It is important to note that the current (acting) director of the USSS, Ronald Rowe, Jr., and for- mer Biden-appointed director, Kim Cheatle, both joining the USSS in the 1990s, were each in lead- ership and supervisory positions on January 6, 2021, and July 13, 2024. Cheatle was appointed as director on September 22, 2022, and resigned in the wake of the assassination attempt contro- versy on July 23, 2024. The actions of Harris’ USSS personal protective detail and other agents on January 6, 2021, raise alarming concerns. First, the advance site inspec- tion team and two K-9 explosive-sniffing dog teams at the DNC somehow completely missed the allegedly “viable” pipe bomb conspicuously placed in an open location at least 17 hours be- fore being found. Harris came within 20 feet of the bomb upon her arrival at the DNC, yet has never

Consider the above scenario with the July 13, 2024, attempted murder of President Donald Trump. There were multiple levels of failure, we are told, by the USSS and DHS. The number of USSS assets dispatched to the Butler location were limited, with additional agents and assets denied by the same people involved, at some level, with the January 6 Capitol incident. When people of reasonable sensibilities review the purported “failures” by the US Secret Service, the fact that the detail protecting President Don- ald Trump failed to respond promptly (at best) or was not notified of a threat identified some 90 minutes before he took the stage, is again, incon- ceivable. Consider the attempts by the media to downplay and even refuse to air the footage of a defiant and alive Donald Trump, while social media is actively censoring or expunging all references to his at- tempted murder, illustrates the same template used to bury the pipe bomb story. What we saw on January 6, 2021, is slowly be- coming recognized as a coup, orchestrated not by the rally-goers at the Capitol but by those in high positions in our own government. We are seeing the exact template being used for the assassina- tion attempt, with some of the same people within government calling the “shots,” perhaps literally. Beware, as the danger to Donald Trump is not over. Moreover, it’s just beginning in earnest for the American people. HagmannPI.com

or even see the bomb despite having two explosive sniffing dogs and their handlers sweep the area before her arrival and failing to alert other law en- forcement for several minutes after discovery. It is, in its entirety, difficult to write off as incompe- tence. Unless, perhaps, they somehow knew it posed no real threat and it was there to serve an- other purpose. For example, had the bomb been found during the initial sweep, it would have likely caused a larger law enforcement response to the US Capitol before violence erupted, which was undesirable by those who planned the violence. Such a response would have interfered with the actions of Ray Epps and others who appeared to be acting in concert with federal assets.
