___________________________________________________ C HEESE CAKE Anita Pace Williams ___________________________________________________ 1 c sugar 3 8 oz pkgs cream cheese 4 whole eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 pt sour cream DIRECTIONS: Mix well & pour into unbaked graham cracker crust.* Bake for 50 mins at 350º. Do not turn off oven. Remove cake & cover with 1 pt sour cream. Return to oven for 5 mins. Remove cake & top with favorite pie filling or leave plain. Refrigerate over night before serving. *Best to use a springform pan. ___________________________________________________ C HEESE CAKE Shirley Lovell ___________________________________________________ 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese 1/2 c sugar 1/2 T vanilla 2 eggs 1 graham cracker crust DIRECTIONS: Soften cream cheese. Mix cream cheese, sugar, & vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs & mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350º until center is almost set. About 30-40 min. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit if desired. ___________________________________________________ C HESS PIE Pamela Jones ___________________________________________________ 3 c sugar 2/3 c milk 1 stick margarine 6 eggs 2 T meal (plain) 1/2 tsp vanilla DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
