___________________________________________________ O RANGE JUICE CAKE Nell Stack ___________________________________________________ Cake: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 box or butter cake mix 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 1 c orange juice 4 eggs 1/2 c oil Glaze: ----------1 c sugar -------------3/4 c orange juice--------------1 stick margarine DIRECTIONS: Mix cake ingredients. Cook in a tube pan at 350° for 45 mins. Bring all glaze ingredients to a boil. When cake is done, poke holes in cake & then pour glaze over cake while glaze is hot. Let cake cool before turning out of pan. ___________________________________________________ O RANGE JUICE CAKE Gail Ruffin ___________________________________________________ 1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional) 1 box butter recipe, cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup orange juice 1 small vanilla instant pudding 1 stick margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325°. Grease & flour Bundt pan. If using pecans, sprinkle into bottom of pan. In mixing bowl combined cake mix, eggs, oil, orange juice, & instant pudding. Mix well and then pour in bundt pan. Bake for 55 to 60 mins. Prepare sauce while cake is baking. In sauce pan, combined margarine, sugar, & orange juice & bring to a boil on stove. Boil for 2 mins. & remove from heat. When cake is out of oven & still warm in the pan, pour sauce over the top. Let cool for 30 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate. Enjoy! ___________________________________________________ O RANGE JUICE CAKE Candy Hooper ___________________________________________________ 1 yellow cake mix 1 box lemon pudding (instant, 3.4 oz) 3/4 c vegetable oil 3/4 c orange juice 4 large eggs Glaze:---------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 c powdered sugar 3/4 c orange juice 4 T unsalted butter DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 10–12 c Bundt pan with nonstick spray. With a mixer, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, orange juice, & eggs. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 30-40 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean & the cake pulls away from edges. Allow to cool in the pan. For glaze, combine ingredients in a saucepan until butter melts. Pour warm glaze over cake. It will look like a lot. Allow to cool 15-20 mins, then invert the cake onto a platter. Best after resting 8 hours.
