__________________________________________________ P EACH ICE CREAM Stacey Earle ___________________________________________________ 6 eggs, beaten 1 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 canned sweetened condensed milk 2 cans evaporated milk 5 c whole milk 4 cups, peaches, peeled chunk, sprinkled with sugar DIRECTIONS: Mixed eggs, sugar, vanilla, & condensed & evaporated milk together. Add whole milk & pour into ice cream freezer until soft set. Add peaches and continue freezing until done. __________________________________________________ H OMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM Julie Gibbs ___________________________________________________ 6 eggs 3 1/2 c sugar 12 fresh peeled peaches 4 c heavy cream 2 c half-and-half 2 tsp vanilla 3/4 tsp salt Ice cream freezer Ice & ice cream salt DIRECTIONS: Purée peaches with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix, eggs, sugar, heavy cream, half- and-half, vanilla, &salt. Pour in & mix blended peaches. Pour into ice cream freezer & freeze. __________________________________________________ P EANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS Donna Abbott ___________________________________________________ 2 eggs 1/3 c water 1/4 cup butter softened 1 c peanut butter 1 pkg yellow, Devils Food or White cake mix 1 12 oz pkg of chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: Beat eggs, water, butter, peanut butter and half of the dry cake mix. When smooth, stir in remaining cake mix & then chocolate chips. Spread dough into a jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for about 20 mins. Watch the edges of the pan because that’s where it will start to burn if they get left too long. Cool & cut into bars. __________________________________________________ P EANUT BUTTER PIE Dreama McCool Davidson ___________________________________________________ 3 oz cream cheese softened 1/4 c milk 1 pie crust 1/4 c chopped peanuts 1/3 c peanut butter 1 c powdered sugar 8 oz frozen whipped topping DIRECTIONS: Cream cheese, add peanut butter, & sugar. Gradually add milk & fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust & refrigerate overnight. Garnish with nuts.
