___________________________________________________ S TRAWBERRY TWINKIE CAKE Kelly Hampton ___________________________________________________ 1 qt strawberries sliced 1 13 oz strawberry glaze 9 Twinkies 8 oz cream cheese 1- 14 1/2 oz can sweetened cond milk 12 oz cool whip DIRECTIONS: Combined strawberries & glaze & set aside. Slice Twinkies in half with cream side up, place in dish. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add condensed milk-- mix well. Fold in Cool Whip & spread over Twinkies. Add strawberries on top. Cover & put in refrigerator. Let cool & serve. ___________________________________________________ S WEET POTATO MUFFINS (24) Suzanne Lockert-Mash ___________________________________________________ 2 c self rising flour 2 c sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 2 c mashed sweet potato-cooked 1 large egg 1 c canola oil Glaze------------------------------------------------------- 1 1/2. tsp melted butter 2 T plus 1/2 tsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 c confectioners sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375°. Place cupcake liners into muffin tin. This recipe makes 24 muffins. Mix flour, sugar, & cinnamon. Add canola oil & eggs. Mix well. Add cooked sweet potato. Mix very well & spoon into muffin tin. Cook 20 mins. Cool. Mix milk, butter, vanilla extract, & cinnamon. Add confectioners sugar & mix very well. Sanders ___________________________________________________ 1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix- Duncan Hines 1 box vanilla pudding (instant) 3 eggs 1 c oil 1 1/2 cup butter milk Icing :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 8 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 c granulated sugar 16 oz Cool Whip 1 c powdered sugar DIRECTIONS: Mix cake ingredients & bake and three layers at 350° for 20 to 25 mins. Stir in oil & vanilla. Blend in sugar & flour. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake
