salt to taste
garlic powder to taste DIRECTIONS: In medium mixing bowl toss together all ingredients & season with salt to taste. Serve shortly after preparing as the avocado will start to brown. It can ___________________________________________________ B EEF CHEESE BALL Jerri Moore ___________________________________________________ 3 8 oz. cream cheese 1 bunch green onions 1 small can black olives 1 jar Armor beef 2 tsp. Accent DIRECTIONS: Chop green onions, olives, & beef in chopper. Mix with softened cream cheese & Accent. Form into 1 large or two small balls. Roll in pecans & wrap in saran wrap & press in pecans.Refrigerate until ready to serve. ___________________________________________________ B UFFALO CHICKEN DIP Chancy Qualls ___________________________________________________ 2 T. butter 4 tsp. minced garlic 4 c. shredded chicken 1 c. hot sauce 1 c. sour cream 2- 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese 1- to 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter & sauté garlic about 30 seconds. Add chicken & hot sauce & simmer until sauce has thickened (about two minutes). Reduce heat to low & add sour cream -- mixing well. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese. Pour into oven proof dish & bake until bubbling around the edges (10 mins) Serve warm. ___________________________________________________ C HEDDAR CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS Suzanne Lockert-Mash ___________________________________________________ 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix 1- 16 oz. package of sausage 1- 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 1- 8 oz. pkg. shredded pepper jack cheese DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Pour biscuit mix into a mixing bowl & stir to get out lumps. Mix the shredded cheese into biscuit mix. Mix the sausage into biscuit & cheese. -- mix. Roll into balls & place sausage balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet & cook for 20 to 25 mins.
