___________________________________________________ E ASY FOOD Dee Hall Duke ___________________________________________________ 1 bag of cabbage( coleslaw mix) 1 pkg smoked sausage (Polish Kielbasa) 1/2 c water DIRECTIONS: I get the coleslaw mix that has shredded cabbage and carrots. Cut the smoked sausage in a pan with a top. Add cabbage and a little water. Put the top on the pan. Cook on medium heat until cabbage is desired tenderness & when sausage is hot. ___________________________________________________ E NCHILADA CASSEROLE Dreama McCool Davidson ___________________________________________________ 2 lbs ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 can enchilada sauce 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 dozen corn tortillas 2 c pkg grated cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS: Brown ground beef & onions together. Mix enchilada sauce, taco sauce, & cream of chicken soup. Add meat mixture. Line dish with broken up pieces of tortillas. Top with layer of meat sauce and top with cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. ___________________________________________________ H UG IN A PAN Kimberly Reese-Roth ___________________________________________________ 1 lb Hot sausage (ground beef can substitute pork) 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup cottage cheese 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 3/4 tsp garlic powder 8 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 12 oz bag Dutch noodles DIRECTIONS: In pan, brown meat & onions together. Once browned, add sauce & spices & simmer. Cook your noodles. Cream cheese should be at room temperature & creamed with cottage cheese, sour cream, & Parmesan cheese. Once all combined mix well with cooked noodles. Preheat oven 350° oven. In a 9 x 13 greased pan, layer: splash of sauce, noodle mix, sauce, noodle mix, sauce -- ENJOY!. Bake 20 mins. until bubbly.
