__________________________________________________ Q UICHE LORRAINE Jackie Kemp ___________________________________________________ 1 9inch unbaked deep dish pie crust 8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled 6 oz Swiss grated 3 eggs 1 1/2 c half and half 1/2 tsp salt Dash of nutmeg, black & red pepper DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle bacon & cheese over bottom of crust. Beat eggs & add other ingredients-- mix well. Pour over bacon & cheese. Bake 5 mins. in the 400 degree oven. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 mins. or until set firm. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing __________________________________________________ Q UICK LASAGNA Annelise Tagatauli ___________________________________________________ 1 1/2- 2 lbs mild Italian sausage or ground chuck 3 1/2 c canned tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 pkg lasagna noodles 2 c cottage cheese 12 oz Mozzarella cheese 2-(1.5 oz) envelopes of 1/4 c Parmesan cheese spaghetti sauce mix DIRECTIONS: Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain off grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, & spaghetti sauce. Mix & simmer for 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles in salted water & drain. In a 9 x 13 greased dish, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, & mozzarella cheese. Continue layering and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. Cool slightly before serving. Serves 8. __________________________________________________ R AMEN LASAGNA Jerri Moore ___________________________________________________ 6 pkgs ramen noodles 1 jar Rao’s sauce marinara 1/2 c ricotta cheese Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 c heavy whipping cream Parmesan cheese Pepperoni DIRECTIONS: In 9 x13 pan place 6 pkgs ramen noodle. Sprinkle one pkg of seasoning packets over noodles. Mix Rao’s & ricotta cheese & spread over noodles. Add whipping cream & a dash Italian seasoning. Add Parmesan & mozzarella. Last, place pepperoni on top & bake at 350° for 50 mins.
