TRUCKING: Trucking can be arranged to coordinate loads for the least possible cost. If you know you’ll need trucking, please contact Will or Steve prior to the sale so arrangements can be made. CONTRACT: The above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal and shall be equally binding upon both. Each sale or resale of an animal constitutes a separate transaction. BREEDING GUARANTEE: All females designated as pregnant have been examined by ultrasound or palpation and are guaranteed pregnant. All projected calving dates listed are estimates only. The normal range of calving is within two weeks on either side of this projected date. Open females are guaranteed to be breeders, except in the case of heifer calves that are shown. There is no guarantee as to the suitability of any female for embryo transfer, unless there is a separate agreement between purchaser and seller. Any request for adjustment or refund must be made in writing (email or text is fine) within six months from the date of sale. All settlements will be in the form of a replacement animal of equal quality or credit for use in a future sale of the seller (to be deemed full restitution). Sale credit value is determined by subtracting the salvage value of the animal from the purchase price. If an animal is claimed to be a non-breeder, the animal may be returned to the seller at the purchaser's expense. The return must be in compliance with the health requirements of the seller’s state and said animal must be in good physical condition. The seller shall have six months after the return of the animal in which to prove that the animal is a breeder. If the animal has not proved to be a breeder within six months, the seller shall replace the animal with another of similar quality or grant the purchaser a credit in a future sale (purchaser's option). These options shall be deemed full satisfaction and settlement. If the animal is proved to be a breeder, the purchaser is obligated to resume possession of the animal.
