EEA Civil Society Fund - Communication and Design Manual

Visual Identity

Taglines for clarity

Use of other EEA and Norway Grants logos

To clarify the roles of the actors involved, the following taglines should be used:

The EEA Civil Society Fund logo is one of five main logos under the EEA and Norway Grants structure: 1. Combined EEA and Norway Grants logo 2. Norway Grants logo 3. EEA Grants logo 4. EEA Civil Society Fund logo 5. Norway Grants (domestic use only) logo If your activity or project is funded under the EEA Civil Society Fund, only the EEA Civil Society Fund logo must be used. Do not combine or replace it with any other logo from the EEA and Norway Grants family. For other types of funding (e.g. programmes managed by National Focal Points), the relevant logo from the list above must be used. See the Communication and Design Manual for further guidance.

• Fund operated by: before the Fund Operator logo.

• Project implemented by: before the project promoter or partner logos.

These taglines may appear in English or the relevant national language.

Example: A brochure produced by a Czech project promoting access to justice includes the EEA Civil Society Fund logo at the top, followed by: “Project implemented by: Legal Aid Association” with the organisation’s logo.

Logo placement, size, and safe zones

Respect the minimum size and the safe zone (clear space) around the logo at all times.

1

• The height of the logo is measured from the top of the third “building block” in the icon to the bottom of the letter “Y” in “Society” • This measurement should also be used to define the margin around the logo (safe zone), ensuring it remains clear and legible in any format (print, web, signage, etc.)Legal Aid Association” with the organisation’s logo.
