There are so many plant choices in today’s market, and I can imagine that all of us at times wonder about the best direction, best plants, and what to do with all the choices. As I think about this, I am reminded about why we started ThinkPlants in the first place, and how one of our main goals was grower-driven to simplify all of this for our market. Our aim was to create a breeding and marketing community with a unified message, a first-class supply chain, and curate a fantastic mix of leading genetics. This team of professional breeders and suppliers understand the challenges that brokers and growers may encounter, and the goal of ThinkPlants is to simply communicate the common qualities of each of our breeder and supplier participants… best-in-class breeders, highest quality products, consistent order fulfillment, and transparency with a collective desire to meet the needs of the growers and exceed the expectations of the end consumer. I have had the honor of leading ThinkPlants as all of this has come to fruition, and I know there is always work to be done and growth to be achieved, but I am proud of where we as a team are today. I have had the privilege of being a part of something that seems larger than the sum of its parts and is serving our market’s needs in unison with our cooperative ThinkPlants participants.
