Detailed practical knowledge of construction project management, contract administration and the operation of building contracts, supported by substantial experience. A detailed understanding of construction contract management and preferably with experience of JCT and / or NEC forms of contract. A practical knowledge and application of statutory regulations relating to Planning Acts, Building Regulations, Health & Safety at Work Act and Construction Design Management Regulations. Budget management and financial reporting skills.
