Understanding the Business of Sales is designed to help Event and Sales Executives prepare for a more senior sales position with responsibility for larger, more profitable accounts. The objective of this program is to offer high potential Sales colleagues the opportunity to drive their own development by undertaking a range of carefully curated activities and experiences over a three- month period, that will help develop the competencies required to progress their careers.
