EXPLORING POSITIVE HABITS
This module is designed based on the principles from the famous book “7 Habits for Highly Effective People” by Dr. Stephen R. Covey. Habits are difficult to change. Even when we are aware of a bad habit, it takes much effort to modify such habits; and most times it is a lot easier to put it on external factors than looking back at our personal choices in our lives. In this course, you will learn about the basic principles of paradigms and the impact of paradigms in our habits. We will also focus on some key insights to establish POSITIVE personal habits.
