• Their consumption and service • Major brands for each category • Storage and food & Asian beverage pairing
Level 3 and 4 Front-of-house staff for all Chinese Restaurants, Japanese Restaurants and Bars.
Learning period: 3 weeks (with 1-day live session)
Exam period: 2 weeks
