SHANGRI-LA & GRAPEA ASIAN BEVERAGE E-LEARNING PROGRAM

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to understand the following: • The different production methods and styles of Baijiu (Chinese Liquor), Huangjiu (Chinese Yellow Wine), Sake, Soju, Japanese and Taiwanese whiskies and other beverages

• Their consumption and service • Major brands for each category • Storage and food & Asian beverage pairing

Level 3 and 4 Front-of-house staff for all Chinese Restaurants, Japanese Restaurants and Bars.

Learning period: 3 weeks (with 1-day live session)

Exam period: 2 weeks

Language available: English and Simplified Chinese
