Understanding the use and the different cooking technics to apply when cooking with tea, this course will be dispensed by a talented Tea sommelier on the first day. the second and the third days will be for the learning of the approved tea cuisine recipes which should populate the Lobby lounge and Specialty restaurant of each properties.
