WSET 2 AND UPSELLING TRAINING (CHINA HOTELS)
For Tier 1-3 hotels: Mandatory for all level 3 and 4 front of house staff For Tier 4 Hotels: Mandatory for anyone in charge of beverage/wine program Level 4 front of house staffs are the ones who directly contact our customers. If they are better trained on wine knowledge and upselling, it will have a significant impact on our wine culture, service and revenue. Also this can serve as a recruitment and retention tool and differentiate our brands from others within the industry. In order to build wine culture and increase the wine sales, we must have progressive and structured wine training to our floor staff. This course teaches in-depth knowledge on wine and covers majority of the wines on our wine lists. A half-day upselling course will be conducted on the last day of training.
