In order to build wine culture and increase the wine sales, we must have progressive and structured wine training to our floor staff. This course teaches in-depth knowledge on wine and covers majority of the wines on our wine lists. A half-day upselling course will be conducted on the last day of training. Level 4 front of house staffs are the ones who directly contact our customers. If they are better trained on wine knowledge and upselling, it will have a significant impact on our wine culture, service and revenue. Also this can serve as a recruitment and retention tool and differentiate our brands from others within the industry.
