WSET 3 (NON-CHINA HOTELS)
With all of level 5 front of house staff achieving e-Learning and all of level 3 & 4 front of house staff achieving WSET 2, any staff who is focused with wine operation (sommelier, beverage manager, etc.) must complete WSET 3, as a progression of the wine training structure. Successful completion of the course indicates an expertise level of wine knowledge, which should be mandatory for anyone who is running hotel’s wine program.
