FRAMING PERFORMANCE MODULE 2 (LEADERS/FRONT-LINE COLLEAGUES)
The purpose of this module is to assist leaders in understanding the PDR process as well as leveraging on the opportunity to add value to our teams when conducting this years’ PDR.
The Leaders version is for anyone with responsibility to manage an individual or a team; or whose role is in leadership even if the leader does not have anyone reporting to him/her directly. The Front-line Colleagues version is compulsory for all front-line colleagues (non-leaders).
