MAYOR LARRY HEIKKILA City of Norman

SEAN TRAUSCHKE Chairman, President and CEO of OGE Energy Corp. Chair, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Sean Trauschke serves as chairman, president and CEO for OGE Energy Corp. He joined OGE Energy as vice president and chief financial officer in April 2009 and was named president, Oklahoma Gas and Electric, in July 2013. He was named president, OGE Energy, in 2014, and assumed the role of CEO on May 29, 2015, and chairman on Dec. 1, 2015. Trauschke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Throughout his professional career, Trauschke has been active in numerous civic and community organizations and currently serves as the chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.

Larry Heikkila was elected as the 61st mayor of Norman in 2022. Previously, he served the citizens of Norman with 17 years of service as an employee of the City of Norman. As an employee, he served as the City of Norman Street Supervisor, then as a personnel analyst and finally as the safety manager. He retired from the City of Norman in April 2014. He also retired in 2010, after 26 years of service in the United States Navy. During his service, he served four years in the Submarine Force and 22 years as a U.S. Navy Seabee. He retired as the Command Master Chief, 9th Naval Construction Regiment. Prior to his election as mayor, he served as the chairman of the Excise Board and Equalization Board, vice-chair of the Tax Roll Correction Board and as a member of the Industrial Authority for Cleveland County. He is a member of the Norman Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, he was named one of Cleveland County’s Men of Influence.

MAYOR SHELLI SELBY City of Yukon

DAVID HOLT Mayor, City of Oklahoma City

Shelli Selby, a former educator of 32 years, works currently as a child therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, at Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center. She received an English Education degree from OU and a Master’s in Psychology from UCO. She has been on the Yukon City Council for 6 years serving as Mayor for 3 and ½ years. Shelli serves on the Yukon Chamber Board, Yukon Historical Board, Oklahoma Environmental Management Association, Association of Central Oklahoma Executive Board, Jacob’s Cupboard as the Director, and former Main Street Board. She is the recipient of Oklahoma Municipal League’s Woman of the Year for 2020 and the H.B. Frank Citizen of the Year award for Yukon, 2023 while obtaining her Certified Mayor status in her 1st year of serving as Mayor. Shelli has also been nominated for Mayor of the Year, 2022 and 2023 and the Jeff Shockley Award, 2023.

Mayor David Holt became Oklahoma City’s 38th mayor in 2018. Nationally, he has emerged as a voice for statesmanlike governance and urban issues. He was elected the 2025-2026 President of the United States Conference of Mayors. Mayor Holt’s signature achievements include his steady leadership through the unprecedented challenges of 2020 and 2021, continued improvements in core infrastructure and services, and the record-shattering passage of MAPS 4, the $1.1 billion investment in quality of life that will address 16 critical challenges and opportunities over the next decade. Meanwhile, Mayor Holt’s optimistic, visionary and inclusive “one OKC” approach has paved the way for continued economic development and population growth that has lifted OKC to America’s 20th-largest city.
